There are many recipes out there that are easy to follow and super healthy. However, not everyone can say they have had success with low point desserts. This pumpkin cheesecake is something I would definitely make over again.

A serving of fruit per person is the recommended number of servings of snacks for the Low Point Weight Watchers’ diet. However, you are free to add more or less depending on your preferences. The program allows you to add your favorite fruits and drinks to your meal plan as long as it’s healthy. These can include but are not limited to, apple juice, carrot juice, banana, peach, pear, or orange juices.

One easy weight watchers recipe that you can use for your meals is the Oatmeal Raisin cookies. For this recipe you will need: Graham crackers, Graham cracker crumbs, sugar, instant espresso, brown sugar, nonfat milk, and raisins. In a saucepan, combine the raisins and the cream cheese. Over medium heat, the milk and the espresso will bubble and dissolve the raisins. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

To make an Easy Weight Watcher’s Chocolate Eclair, simply mix the chocolate chips, butter, cream cheese, and vanilla paste. Spoon the melted chocolate into a 9 inch round pan and pop in the oven. Bake at 350 until the chocolate is set. Cool off and cut into quarters. You can eat the entire half of the eclair as is or you can split the chocolate into halves and serve that way.

If you find that you’re running out of pudding mix, you can substitute with a yogurt-based pudding mix. If you feel like using honey instead of sugar, simply use a brown sugar substitute. Whipped topping is easy to add to all of these desserts for a sweet and slightly spicy taste that you will love! A Low Point Weight Watchers’ dessert is sure to become a family favorite, especially if you place the treats in a special rack inside your home’s pantry.
